Services include: 

Gap Analysis

 

Identifies the gap between the existing system and the wanted requirements

 

Impact Analysis

Once the gap has been specified it will be necessary to identify the impact on the existing system to determine whether the changes are possible and an indicative costing to implement them. 

 

Systems Change Specification

 

After determining the impact and getting approval to make the changes the next step is to analyse the detailed changes and document the changes to the screens, database, reports and interfaces.

 

System Change 

 

Finally the specified changes are implemented either as new modules or changes to existing modules including rewriting them. Our preferred platform is the Microsoft environment, however our capabilities are wide ranging and include .Net Framework (1 & 2), Visual C++, C# and Visual Basic 6.

This service also includes testing and user acceptance testing.
